RETURN AND EXCHANGINGS

We want you to be fully satisfied with every product you purchase from www.annagiuliafirenze.com . If you chose the wrong size or were not satisfied with a product purchased, you can return it by requesting a voucher or refund within 14 days of receiving the item.

The items in Made to Order they cannot be returned, given the nature of the personalized product. The customer will still have the possibility to return the garment to make adjustments based on the size received.

Send an email to info@annagiuliafirenze.com writing and/or attaching photos of what you are not satisfied with and the team will contact you as quickly as possible.

The product must not have been used or worn. The product must be shipped in the original package with all accessories and documents that were included. All purchases must be returned from the same shipping country.

HOW TO PREPARE THE RETURN

1) Pack the product well in its original packaging with all accessories and documents that were included. To obtain a refund, the product must not have been used or worn.
2) Follow the instructions we give you by email.
3) Print and apply the completed form that we will send you to the package.

You can receive a full refund of the purchase, except shipping costs, within 30 days of receiving the return at our office with the same payment method used for the purchase.
