RETURN AND EXCHANGINGS

Vogliamo che tu sia pienamente soddisfatto di ogni prodotto che acquisti da www.annagiuliafirenze.com . Se hai scelto la taglia sbagliata o non sei rimasto soddisfatto di un prodotto acquistato, puoi renderlo richiedendo un buono o  un rimborso entro 14 giorni dalla ricezione del capo.  

Gli articoli in Made to Order non possono essere resi, data la natura del prodotto personalizzato. Il cliente avrà comunque la possibilità di rendere il capo per fare delle aggiustature in base alla taglia ricevuta.

Manda un'email a info@annagiuliafirenze.com scrivendo e/o allegando foto di cosa non vi soddisfa ed il team vi contatterà nel minor tempo possibile.

Il prodotto non deve essere né stato usato ne usurato. Il prodotto deve essere spedito nel pacchetto originale con tutti gli accessori e documenti che erano inclusi. Tutti gli acquisti devono essere resi dallo stesso paese di spedizione.

COME PREPARARE IL RESO  

1) Imballa bene il prodotto nella sua confezione originale con tutti gli accessori e documenti che erano inclusi. Per ottenere il rimborso il prodotto non deve essere stato né usato né usurato.
2) Segui le istruzioni che ti diamo per email.
3) Stampa e applica sul pacco il form compilato che ti manderemo.

Puoi ricevere un rimborso totale dell'acquisto, tranne le spese di spedizione, entro 30 giorni dalla ricezione del reso presso la nostra sede con la stessa metodologia di pagamento utilizzata per l'acquisto.

We want you to be completely satisfied with every product you buy from 

www.annagiuliafirenze.com . If you have chosen the wrong size or you are not 
satisfied of a purchased product, you can return it by requesting a voucher or 
a refund within 14 days of receiving the garment. Made to Order items cannot be returned, gived the nature of personalised products and the fact they are tailored specifically for you. However, you will be able to return your purchase to make some adjustments to the size you receive. 

Send an email to info@annagiuliafirenze.com writing and / or attaching photos 
of what you are not satisfied with and the team will contact you as soon as possible. 

IMPORTANT: 
The product must not have been used or worn. 
The product must be shipped in the original package with all accessories and 
documents that were included. All purchases must be returned from the same shipping country. 

HOW TO PREPARE THE RETURN: 
1) Pack the product well in its original packaging with all accessories and documents 
that were included. To get a refund the product does not have to be been neither 
used nor worn. 
2) Follow the instructions we give you by email. 
3) Print and apply on the package the completed form we will send you by email. 

You can receive a full refund of the purchase, except the shipping costs, within 30 
days of receiving the return at our office with the same payment method used for 
the purchase.
